Ticketsolve enables crowdEngage - Improved customer experience, sales, and operations!
With audience experience at the heart of the strategy for many venues, we are very happy to announce that venues and organisations using Ticketsolve can now set up the crowdEngage service.
Based on the integration between the two systems, venues can now offer mobile ticket delivery, pre-ordering, mobile donations, ticket transfers, and much more.
The first client to go live is the Academy of Music & Theatre Arts at Falmouth University.
What Is Ticketsolve?
Serving more than 335 organisations across the UK and Ireland, Ticketsolve provides ticketing, marketing, CRM, fundraising, and membership platform for arts and culture organisations.

How does the integration work?
When a customer buys a ticket for an event, the data flows to crowdEngage and triggers the predefined communication flow - starting with the ticket delivery which allows the customer to save the ticket to their digital wallet or transfer it to a friend.
Using the ticket information, crowdEngage then offers the customer to make a donation, read the FAQ, get directions to the show, and place orders for merchandise, food, and drinks.
How crowdEngage benefits venues
First and foremost, crowdEngage improves the audience experience by offering convenient access to tickets, information, and prebooking of food and drinks. For the venue, this means fewer calls to the box office, increased sales and donations, better operational flow at the venue, and additional data capture from ticket transfers.
